      When a restaurant, bar, hotel, or catering service needs a position filled, they often times look to recruiting companies to assist them. Source|One helps clients find top end talent to fill these open positions within their company.

    • +- What is the cost to me?

      There are no costs to you at all! Source|One is contracted and paid by our clients to seek out managers that best suit their specific needs.

    • +- Why should I use Source|One instead of another recruiting company?

      Source|One Recruiting takes a personal approach with both our candidates and clients. We make it a point to meet all of our candidates in person. We also have the ability to shape our services based on our client’s requests.

    • +- Why shouldn’t I apply directly to a company instead of using Source|One?

      Many times restaurants will not post their open positions to the public. While many of our clients do have HR departments of their own, they rely on companies like Source|One to find qualified candidates for their open positions. Keep in mind that most companies you send a resume to won’t have time to get to know you. You can count on Source|One to work hard to find you a job.

      No Source|One is a nationwide recruiting firm. If you are relocating and need help finding a job out of state, we will gladly work to find a good fit.

    • +- How long does it typically take for me to get a job once I submit a resume?

      This all depends on the client’s needs and expectations. Source|One will do our best to get you in the right position in due time. We honor our candidates and will work hard to find the right position for you. That being said, we try not to make promises, as this can sometimes be a lengthy process.

    • +- Does Source|One provide any resources I can use to help me increase my chances of getting hired?

      When a company has a need due to fluctuation in demand, they often times turn to a staffing company to supplement that. Likewise, many companies choose to keep temporary workforce on staff in a more permanent situation to alleviate the pressure of maintaining a steady workforce.

    • +- What is the cost to me?

      The cost depends on your company’s needs and what your positions you need filled. There are many factors that go into determining our pricing, but our sales representatives are more than happy to work with you on it.

      At Source|One we will do our best to get you working right away. Often times we are able to put you on the job within a couple days, but sometimes it takes a bit longer for something to open up.

      Source|One Staffing has branch offices around Chicago land located in West Chicago, South Elgin, and Wood Dale. We are steadily expanding to new Chicago area markets. If you are a client with a need outside of our current market, we will always consider expanding to your market under the right circumstances.

    • +- How long does it typically take for me to get a job once I submit an application?

      At Source|One we will do our best to get you working right away. Often times we are able to put you on the job within a couple days, but sometimes it takes a bit longer for something to open up.

    » Director of Sales

    Ryan spent years in bakeries and fast serve concepts until he worked his way up into restaurant and catering management. He entered into a sales position with a recycling company where he was promoted to a regional sales management position. With over 12 years of hospitality and sales, his passion and experience help him to easily relate to the needs of candidates and clients alike.

    Ryan has a Bachelor of Business Administration from DeVry University in Sales & Marketing.

    We will personally screen, interview, and reference check all candidates. All interviews are conducted either in person or by web cam. We will only send your company the candidates we believe in most. This shortens the interview process and ensures that you will only be seeing the best candidates available.

    » President

    Prior to Source|One, President Scott Reedy worked 12 years in transportation and distribution where he developed a passion for excellent service, innovation, and leadership. He entered the temporary staffing arena in 1994 when he joined Source|One Staffing to specialize in new business development. In 1999, Scott became the owner of Source|One and embarked on a mission to build and expand his brand of staffing services.

    Scott has a Bachelor of Science from Northern Illinois University in Marketing. He is a proud Eagle Scout and founding father of Kappa Sigma Fraternity at NIU.

  • Try a new employee before hiring them. After a period of time on our payroll, you are free to hire them as permanent employees of your own workforce.

  • Put your employees on our payroll. We assume the risk of unemployment, workers compensation, benefits, advertising and recruiting costs.

    We will schedule an in person meeting with a representative from your company to do a site tour and conduct a personal assessment of your company's employment needs. This usually takes 45-60 minutes.

    Within 24 hours the Sales Representative that is assigned to your account will follow up with you and discuss the needs assessment. Once both parties agree to move forward, we ask the company to completely fill out and sign our Client Agreement

    Once our Client Agreement is completely filled out, our Professional Service Coordinators will start sourcing candidates and filling positions as needed.

    After the order is filled the Sales Representative assigned to your account will periodically check in and see how our employees are doing and answer any questions/concerns you have.

    To be considered for temporary employment at Source|One Staffing, you will first need to fill out our online application by clicking (here – link to contact form) and attach your resume. Once you have filled out all required information, a Source|One employee will contact you.

    Once a Source|One employee contacts you, you will be asked to come in for a face to face interview to discuss your skills and qualifications. Bring with you 2 (two) forms of government issued identification.

    If you meet the required qualifications for a current job opening, a Source|One Staffing employee will call you and present you with a job offer. You will be required to stop by one of our three branch offices for directions to the job site.
